Well, I can now tell you if your BBQ is any good.

After a fun weekend trekking it across three states and nearly four I am now trained to tell you if your, or anyone else’s, barbecue is any good. I, along with my wife Martha and friend Jonathan, took a Memphis Barbecue Judges Class in Olive Branch, MS on Saturday. It was a blast.
